Mindstate Psychology reserves the right to limit or suspend access, refer criminal activity to the police or take legal action against any individual or entity violating these Terms of Use. Mindstate Psychology provides functionality for existing clients to book and manage their appointments online, via our Online Bookings Platform. While the use of the Online Booking Platform is governed by these Terms of Use, any appointment booked through the platform is governed by the respective Terms of Appointment for that service.
Appointments booked via the Online Booking Platform cannot be made more than 4 weeks in advance and must be cancelled with more than 48hours’ notice. Please contact reception if you need to manage your appointment outside of these times.
We expect that all clients use our bookings platform in a respectful manner. The following actions are expressly prohibited. Engaging in these actions will result in your access being limited or suspended, or subject to legal proceedings as permitted by these Terms of Use.
The protection of personal information is of paramount concern for Mindstate Psychology. Our Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of any personal information we collect, including why we collected it and how we protected it. By using our Digital Services, you agree to having your information processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
