Educational Psychologist

Mindstate Psychology is expanding our services to include educational psychology assessments to better support our diverse clientele and provide more comprehensive assessment services.

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Educational Psychologist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will work with children, adolescents, families, and schools to assess and address learning, social, and emotional needs. This role offers the opportunity to develop and implement intervention programs, conduct assessments, and provide consultation to educators and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological and educational assessments to identify learning and developmental needs.
  • Provide counseling to students to address behavioral, social, and emotional challenges.
  • Contribute to the development of educational programs and policies.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or higher degree in Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology or a related field.
  • Registration with the AHPRA.
  • Experience working with children and adolescents in educational settings.
  • Strong assessment, analytical, and report-writing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
