Rachel is a empathic practitioner who takes a person-first approach. She creates a non-judgemental and supportive therapy relationship to assist her clients in understanding themselves and achieving their therapy goals.
Rachel has an interest inworking with those who have faced adversity or trauma. As such, Rachel has psychological experience in the NDIS, and has volunteered with the Centre for Asylum Seekers, Refugees, and Detainees.
