We are pleased to welcome Justine De-Mott to the Mindstate Psychology team. Justine has extensive experience worked in both government and non-government settings across Metro and regional locations.
Justine uses her knowledge of trauma, attachment and relational safety to create an attuned and trusting relationship with clients, providing support with difficulties such as:
- Anxiety and depression
- Complex trauma
- Grief and loss
- Life stage transitions
Justine brings a reflective, considered and curious approach to both therapy and to detailed, in-depth assessment work. Taking an integrated, evidence-based approach to treatment, Justine draws on a range of modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.
